Serve Landing Media
Stream a landing-media blob (Range-aware for <video> seeking), cached immutably forever.
The key is always ``landing/<uuid>.<ext>``; we reject anything outside that prefix/charset so a
crafted path can't read other storage objects. Since names are unique per upload, the bytes never
change → a year-long immutable cache + an ETag derived from the key are always correct.
